Rental Conditions

All our phones come with unlimited SIM card, battery, charger and bag. Additional accessoires (cigar lighter charger, headset, additional battery,...) and call barring for international calls are available on request.

Communications

Incoming calls (in Belgium), 24h/7d: free of charge
National calls (in Belgium), peak : € 0.75 per minute
National calls (in Belgium), off-peak : € 0.38 per minute
International or roaming calls : specific tariffs on demand

Peak hours : from Monday to Friday from 7.00 AM to 7.00 PM, except during Public Holidays.

Pick up & Drop off in our shop

Mobile phones can be picked up in our shop located in the Arrival Hall of Brussels Airport, 1930 Zaventem during business hours:

- from 07.30 am until 08.00 pm Monday to Friday
- from 08.00 am until 02.00 pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Outside our opening hours, you can also pick up or return your mobile phone using the automatic booths located next to the shop.

Insurance against aggravated theft and material damage

Mandatory against aggravated theft and material damage, per telephone for the whole rental period

- standard phone : € 9.50 (€ 100.00 deductible)
- pro phone: € 12.50 (€ 150.00 deductible)
- 3G phone: € 12.50 (€ 150.00 deductible)

Deposit and payment

Deposit by credit card (Amex, Diners, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa).
Payment and termination of the contract as soon as the invoices from the different phone operators are received.
All prices above are VAT (21%) excluded).

Special conditions

The rental of SIM card alone (with no telephone associated) submitted to the activation cost of € 5.00 .
