Pick up & Drop off in our shop

Mobile Office Cases can be picked up in our shop located in the Arrival Hall of the Brussels Airport, 1930 Zaventem during business hours:
- from 07.30 am until 08.00 pm Monday to Friday
- from 08.00 am until 02.00 pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Delivery and/or return at home, in your office, hotel,...

free for rentals of minimum € 125.00
- ANTWERPEN: € 19.00
free for rentals of minimum € 125.00
- Anywhere else in BELGIUM: € 0.35 per km
within 24 office hours

Insurance against aggravated theft and material damage

Mandatory against aggravated theft and damage (price per Mobile Office Case and for the whole period of rental): € 25.00 - Deductible: € 400

Deposit and payments

Deposit by credit card (Amex, Diners, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa)
Payment and termination of the contract on return of the Mobile Office Case.
All prices above are VAT (21%) excluded.
